provide life long care because they are handicaped. We realize that we are unable to adopt these types of animals but

RMAH montly vet bills average between $5,000 to $6,000 a month. The food bill averages about $5,000+
a month. No amount is too small to help care for our friends. Your donations go for the day to day care of the
animals (vaccinations, wormings, FIV/FELV testing,) along with other expensive medical procedures (orthopedic surgeries, eye
surgeries, wound care, and amputatiions) that often come as emergencies to the shelter. Without the funds made available
from the Longnecker medical emergency fund many of these animals would suffer needless pain and untimely euthanasia.
